Pricing

Advertised pricing for courses is subject to change without prior notice. Because our live classes are limited in capacity, we strongly encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot. All classes require full payment through our online payment system. Payment must be made via card at the time of registration to reserve your place in the class.

Class Cancellation

In the rare event that we must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or other reasons, we will notify you via phone or email in advance as soon as we are made aware of the emergency situation . Should a class cancellation occur on our end, students will have the option to receive a full refund or a class credit for the amount of tuition paid, within 15 days of notification..

Credentials

Motion Masters Academy is an accredited provider of continuing education, primarily for massage therapists and spa professionals. All classes offered are approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) for national CEU hours. Please be aware that each state’s board has its own continuing education requirements. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of and follow their state’s rules and regulations regarding CEUs.

Cancellations & No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel your registration for a class, please do so as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for student-initiated cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours of the class start time, you may be eligible for class credit towards a future class. However if you fail to show up for the class (a no-show), you will be marked as absent and will not receive a refund.

We encourage all students to notify us of any potential cancellations as early as possible to avoid these charges and to allow other students to take your spot if needed.

Late Arrival Policy

We offer a 30-minute grace period for students who may arrive late to class. After 30 minutes, students will no longer be admitted into the class and will be marked as absent. There will be no refunds or credits issued for late arrivals.

Course Content and Participation

To ensure the best learning experience, all students are expected to fully participate in each class session. Failure to engage or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund. Participation in hands-on practice is essential for skill development, and students should come prepared to fully engage.

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information collected during registration or through our services will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent.
